02 — Method

Brief & Site Visit
We listen to how you live, host or welcome guests, then walk the site to read its light, proportions and possibilities.

Concept & Material Direction
A spatial strategy, mood direction and material boards of limewash, stone, oak and bronze define the feeling of the space.
3-5 weeks - 03
Detailed Design & Bespoke Pieces
Drawings, lighting, joinery and custom furniture are resolved in detail and crafted with trusted Lahore artisans.

Delivery & Styling
We oversee procurement and installation, then style every room with art, ceramics and textiles until it feels complete.
03 — Questions
Questions before we begin
Practical answers on fees, timelines and how we work, for clients considering a commission with the studio.
How are your fees structured?
Each commission is quoted individually after an initial conversation, based on scope, scale and level of detail. As a guide, residential projects begin from PKR 2,500,000 and concept packages from PKR 250,000. Fees are staged across design phases so you always know what each stage includes.
Do you take on projects outside Lahore or abroad?
Most of our work is in Lahore, across DHA, Gulberg, Bahria Town and the Raiwind Road farmhouses. We also accept select projects elsewhere in Pakistan and abroad, where site visits and coordination are planned into the schedule from the start.
What are typical project timelines?
A full residence usually takes 6 to 14 months, restaurants 4 to 9 months and boutique hotels 9 to 18 months. A design consultation and concept can be completed in 3 to 5 weeks. We agree a realistic programme with you before work begins.
Do you manage contractors and procurement?
Yes. Our full-service commissions carry the project from concept and spatial planning through procurement, site coordination and final styling. We work alongside trusted contractors and craftsmen so the finished space stays true to the design.
How many projects do you accept each year?
We deliberately keep the number of commissions limited each year. This allows the principal designer to remain personally involved in every project, from first sketch to the final placed object.
Can I commission bespoke furniture on its own?
Yes. Furniture, joinery and lighting can be commissioned independently, starting from PKR 400,000 with a typical lead time of 8 to 16 weeks. Each piece is designed by the studio and made with skilled Lahore craftsmen.
